Stop building the target that doesn't support HTTPS

We have been always building two targets:
  network_service.mojo (HTTP only) and
  network_service-secure.mojo (HTTP and HTTPS)

This change stops building network_service.mojo, which I don't think
is used anywhere. You can still disable HTTPS by commenting out a build
flag in BUILD.gn (NETWORK_SERVICE_USE_HTTPS). 

By the way, since we are now building a single target, we should
call it network_service.mojo. We'll change that later.

lesnet network service

Building lesnet in effenel tree is still a work-in-progress..

Before building first time

Please run download_prebuilts.sh

$ sh ./download_prebuilts.sh

To build

$ mojo/tools/mojob gn --release $ mojo/tools/mojob build --release
