Additional hack to handle the case the data pipe is completely full

If the data pipe is completely full, the state goes to SHOULD_WAIT.

lesnet network service

Building lesnet in effenel tree is still a work-in-progress..

Before building first time

Please run download_prebuilts.sh

$ sh ./download_prebuilts.sh

To build

$ mojo/tools/mojob gn --release $ mojo/tools/mojob build --release
