  "message": "Generate split mojo and android manifests\n\nThis splits the jiri manifests into one called \u0027mojo\u0027 and one called \u0027android\u0027.\nThe latter imports \u0027mojo\u0027 and adds in the projects and hooks needed to build\nmojo for Android. Currently building for Android requires a strict superset of\nbuilding for Linux (or fnl) but this might not be true in the future.
