  "message": "Flesh out MojoUrlRedirector apptests\n\nThis CL adds the following tests of the MojoUrlRedirector:\n- When asked for an app whose location file is missing, produces 404 response.\n- When asked for an app on a known platform, returns a redirect to the location\n  contained in the app\u0027s location file for that platform.\n\nTo implement these tests, the MojoUrlRedirector now allows for parameterizing\nthe address that it asks for apps\u0027 location files from.
